DESCRIPTION: The project is Commercial building with Retail Unites located on Al Raha Beach Area, Abu Dhabi. The site is a corner plot bordered by canal on the north and roads in south and east. The development consists of 6473 sq.m of office space, 511 sq.m of Retail area and additional services in a G+4 structure. ECOBUILD worked with the involved sectors to supervise the construction activities, certify the building with Estidama One Pearl Rating system.

SCOPE OF SERVICES: Sustainability Consultancy including;

  • Green Building Certification (ESTIDAMA 1 Pearl)
  • Performance, Engineering and Commissioning Consultancy
  • Energy Simulation and Modeling
  • Environmental Consultancy (CWMP)
